Hi El,

You can do a transfer of ownership of that portion to a new account. This can be done over the phone and the rep will speak to the current owner of the account and the new owner for the account and will get his/her information and get the transfer done.

What if the new owner of the account isn't there. Heh, this is someone I don't live with anymore...can I just have the number removed and then get the new owner to contact the Koodo service agent and do what they need to do?

If you want, you can call Koodo and cancel that line and the other person will be out of service and will need to activate himself a new account.

And they wont be able to keep their number if you do that. They'd have to set up everything brand spankin' new
