You have 2 phones in your name.

But are they under one account?
If you're receiving one bill for 2 lines, both lines are under one account.
> Then you should be able to see both lines information through self serve.

If you are receiving 2 bills, then they are not under one account even if both lines have your name.
> You can link account to access both.
Log into self serve  > "View transaction history" > Old site > My profile > Link accounts

If you combine 2 account together(2 lines under one account), you can enjoy family calling between them.

I tried linking them but it just says specified object already exists

When did you add your new line?
Is it under one account?  Or you have 2 account numbers?

I got it a couple weeks ago. They both have a different account number.

So, you have 2 account and you will receive 2 bills.

If system doesn't allow you to link them, you need to call Koodo.
*611 from your Koodo phone, option 6 for tech support.
Tell them you tried link them through self serve, but you couldn't do it. Then they won't charge you.

Other option is to put them together under one account, so you will receive one bill for both lines and both lines info(plan/usage...etc) will come up when you log into self serve.
You will need to call in to do this. (*611 and option 5 for customer service and 0 a few times.)
There is a $10 fee for this :transfer of ownership (I know they both have your name)
