I have 2 Koodo cell phones--same email. I can't get in to the 2nd account because it logs me into the 1st account when I try. Help?

I have two Koodo cell phones on the same email. I can't get in to the second account because it logs me into the first account when I try. Help?

When you login you should see both lines on the self serve page and choose what you want to do accordingly.
Do you want two separate accounts or both lines to be on the same account?

I have exactly the same problem. getting logged in directly from the older account and there is just no way to switch accounts. Any solution  to this one yet? I was to ideally have both lines on the same account.

There is no problem really, you need to log out of your account and then log back into the new one :) Did you manage to find how yet? 

You need to click Self service, then log out. You should be able to login to your second account then.

Well it's a problem if i cant even do that! Nope. Logged out, logged in, several times. As soon i log in, i only see the older account listed. The new one is not there to be found anywhere. 
Also, there is no "new one" in my case as both lines are registered with one email account.

@akshu: so just to confirm, when did you get the new lines? was the old number active? when you register the new account, did you receive the activation email for selfserve?

A) I believe 10th of June, 2018.
B) yes both numbers are active and associated with one email address.
C) I did receive the activation email for the new line but whenever I click on anything from that email, it takes me to koodo website and signs me in. There, I only see the old account.
I really need to see both bills as I got the 2nd line for my dad and I don't want him to receive texts about bills. They should come to my email.
This is stressing me out as I don't want to miss deadlines to pay the bill.

@Akshu: then you might have to contact Koodo directly. I don't think you could merge 2 lines into one account yourself. They might need to validate your account to do so. I would suggest you send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone
