I complained about network issues in this community. Everything seemed okay but still network kept dropping. This was never there and I haven't changed my address either. I am experiencing this problem outdoor as well. I even talked to customer care and they suggested me to visit the store to change the SIM card. Today I went to do so and I have been charged$10+taxes! May I know why should I pay for this when I was never at fault? I always paid my bills in time. Now I am considering the cancellation of my plan. Please resolve this issue. Thanks!
