If it was a gift, the person who bought it for you has 15 days to exchange it. It depends on whether it was a Tab upgrade on your account or bought outright at the Apple store.

From what a Koodo rep said on another post, all phones purchased as gifts between November 17 and December 31 are returnable until January 15th.

I'm pretty sure that's only accessories. In the Christmases I've worked selling phones, the refund policy is not extended for the holidays.

Posibly, I might of misunderstood, but this is what Karine said here:

holiday shoppers, the return period has been temporarily extended! All device
and accessory gift purchases made between November 17 to December 31, 2015
