I got my phone hooked up on may 15 and cut off date is may 21. Why is my bill 130.00 for less than a wk?

You're paying a proration amount of the may 15-21 and then may 22 - Jun 21 as your first bill. You can see in page 3 of your bill where all the charges come from. Let us know if something doesn't make sense
But this has to be paid by the 16th. Isn't it supposed to be after the cut off date?

I have never blown through data as i have since i switched over to koodo recently. And thos site is a joke with no actual human interaction, and it seems impossible to get in contact with anyone to resolve it. Ill never recommend koodo to anyone. Im so angry right now.
I havr to purchase extra data, and within a half an hr i have to purchase more.
Does that seem normal at all?????
I totally understand. I went through 1 gig in 5 days and with telus 4 gigs last me a month. Plus no agent to speak to about this bs. And when u have a complaint they will stop responding to u like they jist did to me. With or with out a tab u still get charged $15. That is not right especially someone didn't order one. If this continues I will switch. I can't talk to anyone at koodo and have never gone through this before

People would be able to respond in more detail if you provided more information, Kimberley. We can't see your usage, we're volunteers. If you need to contact Koodo directly, Facebook private chat is the best option.

They don't charge you  the Tab fee if you didn't buy a phone on the Tab.
Can you check your E-bill on PDF and what  this $15 charge is for?
And you said you have  the unlimited Canada wide calling plan. How much is your plan?

Did you change our phone setting for data use?
But this has to be paid by June 16

You pay on postpaid in advance for the month base plan and the past month's overages. I'm guessing you also got a phone on tab?

So even though we don't have a phone on tab and have our own phones we still get charge for 15$

Glitches are possible or accidentally putting the charge on. If you do see a 15 dollar tab charge on page 3 of your bill and you never actually put a phone on tab then you'll need to contact Koodo directly in order to settle a billing dispute. It's usually best to contact by sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter. You can also call 611 if it takes more than to the morning to get a response. You should hear back by tonight.

Otherwise are there any add-ons or whatnot? Like we cannot see your bill and can only go by what you tell us. Employees here might be able to see if they can link you to your account. What doesn't make sense when you look at page 3? What specific my doesn't make sense? You can screenshot and blank out your personal info so we can see what is coming to 130 if something still doesn't make sense.
