I got charged too much for the wrong plan. I'm on the $60 plan but was charged $80. Who do I contact about this??

You can ask here :) How do you know you were charged for the wrong plan? This is extremely rare... could it be a prorated amount because you changed plans mid way through your billing cycle? What does your bill indicate? (page 3 and onward should give some details)

I am on the $60 plan and was charged $80. Doesn't say there's is any extra charges. This is my first month on koodo though just switched from Rogers. Is there a hidden $20 charge?

Okay I see the $20 must be partial charge since it's my first bill. It just didn't say anywhere so was wondering. Thanks to the two above for the help!!

If you log into self serve and check your Ebill, there is all the break down for charges showing there  :)

Cal, if you open the pdf file of your invoice you will see the 2 different time periods for the prorated amount. Also, next to it there is the message where explain your first bill.
