Got a Nexus 5 in January 2016 with a 2 year "no tab" clause in the promo. My Tab hasn't been started back up even though my monthly bill is over $30/month, (which now seems to be a condition of Tab-Small).

Im not following you. When you get a phone you have a tab for 2 years. You cant get another tab till the 1st one is paid off. You dont have a tab right now because you probably paid off your 1st one.

Exactly and tabs don't go into the positive anymore either if that's what you were expecting to see. Once paid off the tab charge is just dropped from your monthly bill and your left paying for your plan alone.

Ah I see, that has changed since I last had a Tab. Thanks!

Are you referring to the 10% BYOD no tab discount?

No it was a promo on the Nexus 5 which I'm guessing Koodo was discontinuing, (outdated model). In the fine print of the transaction it indicated that I would not be receiving the 5 or 10%, (can't remember what it was), positive Tab each month. Koodo has obviously changed the way the tab works now. Thanks for replying.

Yes you used to choose between a monthly discount or a positive tab contribution to use towards a new phone. That has since been changed.
