And I don't understand how come I have to pay #131.90 for only 7~8 days??? I was signed for $80 per month and 6474604537 isn't my#!!! I also heard that I will get $50 credit. This is way too much more than Bell or Rogers.
Please explain...

If it's your first bill then it's higher because of proration which is the part month up to your billing cycle and one month in advance, this is normal and occurs with every carrier your first month. Next month will be normal hence any overages you may occur above your alloted usage with your plan.

Click the link that says download bill (PDF). Then open the file. It will show the full breakdown of where any charges came from.

Hi Bonnie - As Paul and Timo pointed out, you're being charged for a full month in advance plus pro-rated charges for the days used until your billing cycle officially began. All of this can be reviewed on page 3 of your bill if you log into self serve. This is standard process for all carriers (including Bell and Rogers), and is typical for your fist bill.

You're also seeing two phone numbers because you were assigned a temporary number when you activated your account with us and then your old number was ported in.

As for your $50 credit - was it for a referral made by a friend or family member? If so, and if you went through the proper process (as outlined on www.koodo.com/refer) then you can expect to see this applied to your account in 4-6 weeks.

Hope this helps.

$50 credit was from Koodo - Central point mall. They said it will be applied to my next bill.
