So when you login to self serve you're saying that the account you see isn't yours? Whose name do you see on that account?

Don't post your personal info in the forum.

When you activate you account, you should have received an activation in your email inbox. Can you check that one and see if the account number was correct?

best course of action will be to call customer service, asked them to reset : (delete existing account and send new email to create a brand new account). 

Also remove your account number mate

As Dinh said you should have received an activation email. Set up your account through the link in that email. If you dont have it you need to request a new one.
