I dropped my i-phone into water and touch screen stopped working. Is there any way to revive it? Thanks. Nina

It may be too late but you can try putting it into a bag of rice for a few days and see if that will dry up the components inside. Turn it off and don't use it anymore until you've put it into a sealed bag of rice for a few days and see if the damage is permanent or not.

Ideally as soon as you drop a device into water that isn't water resistant at all you should turn it off immediately and wipe as much water off and shake out water out of the ports and put it into rice for a few days for the best results. Since you tried using it though it may be too late and you'd have to bring it to Apple to get it repaired.

Goran would recommend silica gel (those packs you find in shoes and other retail goods), couscous or instant rice since they absorb moisture better than normal rice

I should have specified instant rice, it's the only rice I use so I forget about others.
Instant stove top stuffing might work as well

A few options in the link below. Hope you can find a way to get it going again.
