i dont remember the answers to my security question

i need to activate a new sim card and cant get online because i forgot my password and i cant get it because i dont remember my answer to the question

In this case You will need to contact Koodo to get your password reset.  You can call them or private message them on on facebook or twitter.

I always prefer private message rather than waiting on hold unless it's an emergency.

I suggest keeping a record of your passwords and security Q&A in a safe place. You an either do it with software such as 1Password, or manually, if you have a secure storage location.

What I do, it no matter the security question, I have a set of standard answers I use.

Ex. Q. What is your mother's maiden name? A. 2002

I take it you have also left a means for your executor / attorney to address your digital life in case of your demise / incapacity?

Ill be dead.  So I wont lose sleep over it.


Actually I dunno of any digital stuff that would be important enough where there isnt a brick and mortar solution that my estate cant solve with a death certificate.
