I don't know my phone number. I have no idea how to activate my phone so confused. please help. my order number is HFO1773454.

Hi Sian, If the phones been delivered it should have come with an activated SIM Card. Put the SIM Card in the phone and set it up and then look in settings under about phone and it will show your number there.

In addition to what Paul recommended, Sian - you would have also received a welcome email with details on how to set up your self-serve profile. If you follow the steps in this email, you'll be able to pull up your account profile and see all related info. such as phone and account number, rate plan, features, usage details, etc. - and also make any changes in the future if need be.
I can see that the account is active, so if you have any other questions - let us know.

I don't know my account number either. And to get to the settings I need my phone number which I don't know. I did get an welcome email n it asked me my account number n my phone number which both I don't have.

Have you put in the SIM card and rebooted your phone as Paul mentioned above? What happens when you turn on the phone? Are you able to place a call?

Your phone should be active and you should be able to retrieve your phone number directly from your phone as Paul suggested above - or simply by calling someone with Caller ID and asking them what number shows up. With regards to your self serve profile, I see that there may have been an error with how the email address was entered. If you shoot us a private message on Facebook, an agent can help you get this reset.
