I don't have my account number or agreement

I need to pay my bill and  I don't know my account number and can't find my original agreement. Plus, I was never sent a bill in the mail. How am I supposed to pay?

Thank you! I have a question about my bill now. I just signed up with koodo at the beginning of May. So I have my monthly charge from May 10-June 9th which I understand. Although I am being charged $121.33 from the "last bill" it said. Would you be able to take a look or do I have to call in?

@Savannah, this is a public forum with the vast majority of participants being customers just like you. They can provide lots of help of course but they can't see your bill.  The rep at the Koodo store should have also told you that we are e.bill only company. This means no bill in the mail, everything is online.
