I used a school email when signing up with Koodo, and no longer have access to that email as the school wipe old student emails from the system. To make matters worse I've forgotten the password to my account and unwittingly asked to reset my password, forgetting I don't have access to the email it sent the temporary password to. Can I change my selfserve password via my phone?

Not much point if you don't know your password and cannot access the email account to which password resets get sent to. Or does your self-serve app ahve the password automatically saved? Your best bet will be to contact either 611 or send a private message to Koodo's facebook page to get your account deleted and recreated.
