I am a senior and have trouble with e-bills and would prefer to stay with paper billing.

We do not provide paper bills Sharon. :-( However you can always print them out if you really need them.

Sharron the rep is wrong. Canada had passed a law bill C43 that a customer can still receive paper billing upon request for free. I will look further into this as I would like a paper bill too

You might want to check that bill again. It says providers can't charge for paper bills, not that they have to offer them.

There is no legislation requiring any company Canada to provide paper bill.

You could print your pdf from selfserve out to a printer.

They have moved to ebills for a while and that should have been notified to you when you registered with Koodo.
