I do not understand why I am not receiving a bill each month, either by mail or email. I do not know how much I owe. Please help.

Did you suddenly stop or never got anything to begin with? Are you the main account holder? You likely have notifications not on. Go to self-serve ,view my bill, Bill notifications, and see if its turned on.

As for the amount you owe, this is available in your sefl-serve. Everything's in self-serve so I recommend having it set up.

@ Christine, we only provide e.bills. No paper bill. We sent you an email back in July but the link in there had expired already. You now will have to register online on the Koodo site.

Do you have your account number? You will need it for registration for self serve.

As far as I know, the store selling the device to you should have caused an email to be sent you as described here. You would then follow the steps in the email.

@Chris, Sue has an account with us for her mobile phone. Everything is set up for that. Would it be better to consolidate the home phone account for easier management of the bills? The bill are being emailed to the same email address as Sue's account.
Sue receives her bills through text on her cell.  Nothing through email. Can I link the home phone over to her existing account or do we need to go into a store. I don't think it was ever set up correctly through the store as we had a lot of issues right from the start. Thank you for your help

She can change that online easily. Once she logs in to her account she should click on 'billing' and on the right hand side she would see the below:

Was it at the Bramalea center where you bought your home phone. If yes, I will provide your feedback to the store manager.
Thank you. We will try this.  Yes it was bramalea city center.  It's a long story but initial set up was a disaster. We lost our home number and had to.pay rogers to get it back.  The koodo person we dealt with was fantastic. But these ones at the kiosk...could have lost us as a customer.   Thanks again.
