I made the payment from my cellphone and the money is already taken from my acount and I do not have any service in my phone

If you don't have service due to paying late, give koodo a call, tell them you made the payment and they should be able to enable your service once more.

If you don't have service due to other things, try rebooting your phone by holding home and sleep/wake at the same time. Or try resetting network settings if that doesn't work either.
