I do not agree with the balance showing on my current Bill. I feel that one of my payments have been over looked. Would like an immediate explanation to this problem please. E.A. Stoneham

If it looks like there's a payment missing you can call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 and choose option 5 how info on your account.

One possibility is that your most recent payment was posted after the bill was calculated. Does your amount due on Self Serve match the amount on your bill? If not, go by the amount due on Self Serve.
