I didn't sign on for e-bills, why isn't Koodo sending me anymore paper bills?

U have to request paper I didn't sign up for this app but it still comes

Is it your first bill? Have you ever received paper bills? Maybe it's a default option to send e-bills before paper.

You would have had to sign for a paper bill on your agreement as it costs $2 per bill. Go online, register your account and you will see why your bill is what it is. It could be many things, balance from your previous bill, extra data use (very common) and other reasons.


You will need your acccount # and postal code to register.

Hey Kathy,

If you're already signed up for paper bills, check the address on file via Self Serve to make sure it's correct. If not, you can correct it there. But since you'd already be in Self Serve, why not just go for e-bills and save $2 a month? You can even print the .pdf if you want a paper copy.

If you don't have Self Serve and/or don't want it. You can call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 to check the billing parametres and the address.
