i didn't my credit back for prorated charged after i port out my number from koodo channel's call centre

I am so unhappy with kodoo services, I went to kodoo store and called to channel. channel promised i will get my proated charged after i ported out number from koodo. my final bill arrived i don't get any credit. your customer services hotline never go through and I want to complaint this issue. thanks!!

You will not recieve any credit on the bill. You should just recieve a cheaper bill than usual assuming you ended early. Are you sure that you ended your service with Koodo early and not on the day of your last bill?

@Emily, you'll see an adjustment of $34.29 on your next bill.  Your January invoice is due today where the bill has charged you the remaining negative Tab Balance.  You can pay the amount owing minus $34.29 with your Self Serve account, using your credit card or Visa debit card.

When did you ported out? Was it close to your billing date?
Did your final bill showing you the date you ported out, remaining of Tab or overage charges(if any)?
Maybe your real final bill is on the way?
