I didn't have my account number (I couldnt find it) so I didn't complete the registration it sent me an email saying I was ready to go but won't let me log in as my account "hasn't been verified" but it won't let me go back and put in my account number to sort it out! Argh! Help

In that case, you'll need to contact koodo either by phone or Facebook messenger so they can sort out your self serve login.

@Jessica, did the Best Buy rep not inform you that you were sent an email from Koodo and all you have to do click on the link in it?

Mind you it would have helped if they verified your email. :-( I see that they misspelled it. One extra 's' so you never got the email we sent. As Timo suggested send us a private message on Facebook and we will help you out.
