I did not have choice to move my cell num on a corporate cell, but still want to keep my old cell with koodo and get a new number ? how ?

Hi.

I did not have choice to move my cell number on a corporate cell, but now i still want to keep my old cell with koodo and get a new number ?

Any idea help on how too ?

Are you moving your current number to another carrier with the corporate cell?

If you want a new Koodo number, you need to open a new line either online or instore: https://www.koodomobile.com/rate-plans

Do you mean move or changing phone numbers or are you talking about a new account?

hi, ok i have just hang up with support by phone.

Sadly the sim has been deactivated during the corporate process to move my phone number, so i have no choice to go in store and have another sim. (without that i could have get a new number by phone....)
going to a koodo store....

What corporate process?  Did you move your number to another carrier?

There is a $30 connection fee if you want to get a sim in store.You can always order it online (to save the connection fee) but it will take a few days to get to you
