I did not get get a phone number when buying my prepaid

I bought a prepaid card from Koodo for my 2 week stay in canada. at the selfservice setup, it is asking for my 10 digit phone number. I got a sim, & the top-up voucher, but I did not get a phone number written down anywhere?

Well if your phone works, you must have gotten a number :) However to enter self service, you need this url: https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.... and log in with your email address and password. If you don't remember that either call Koodo (*611) and ask to get you started in self service :)

If your phone is working Text a friend to get your number.

If the phone is not working you need to activate it first.
