I changed my mind about cancelling my phone how can I do to get back the plan i had before... i just cancelled yesterday

Log in to self-serve, from there click on View rate plan, then click on change my plan, and after that you should be able to choose from the available plans.

Hi Astrid. I had the same situation on Thursday. I called the customer care centre and they were able to restore my plan and it was hassle free.
