I got text messages telling how much I owe. I was able to sign into my account, but it lead me nowhere. The page told me I have no outstanding balance. I tried again and got a blank page. Website is useless.
Sounds like you are trying to login to an old account. Were you previously a customer of Koodo, Telus or Public Mobile? Your old login may have been retained. You’ll need to contact Koodo to get it sorted. I suggest PM to their Facebook account or a DM to their Twitter account, over calling *611.
