I can't understand the usage page?

I am new to koodo. I get a $40
per month plan with the following options
  • 500 minutes
  • 500 MB of Shock-Free Data
  • Unlimited messaging
now at the first day of my plan I notice in my usage I have used 380/unlimited and 0/500 shock-free
so here is the question if I have used 387 mb of my whole data why they do not send me shock-free messages and what is all about the 0/500 field since I know  I have used more than 200 mb yesterday? and how much data could I use after all without paying extra charges?
please make me clear I don't understand the following page at all:

If you are new customer, Koodo give you unlimited data access for about 10 days. 
So you will know how much data you would need for your needs.

If you used more than 200 MB a day, then your plan with 500 MB might not be enough for you...

Hello! The first ten days of usage is provided unlimited so you can get a feel for your data usage so you can see if the plan you got is good or not for your needs. The 0.24MB charts are related to roaming.

Are you sure about this how could I make sure about this, so I could freely use my unlimited data for these ten days. Hope I could know it earlier

Yes, that is how it is. Under usage it says 0/500MB so thats how you can be sure.

Yes we are sure. It's been like this for years. You can even search in this forum to see it repeatedly referenced. It's not an advertised feature but it's there and that's what you see in self-serve.
