My phone is on Virgin Mobile and I just bought a new phone with a Prepaid Koodo Sim. I want to transfer my phone number on my old, still active phone, too my new Koodo Sim but its saying my number is invalid.
Hmm, that is strange... I have ported several numbers to Koodo prepaid and never had a problem. Have you signed up with Koodo prepaid yet? You might want to try it in two stages: first sign up with a temporary number and then port your number over. If the Virgin number is eligible and the account is active, you should have no troubles :)
