I can't seem to figure out which data plan I have.

Koodo Self Serve website says 500 minutes + 500 MB,  but my phone says data is 5 GB.  I'm only at 424 MB so far this month, but I received a text from Koodo saying I was 50% into my 500 MB on April 13.  So why does the screen on my phone say 5 GB?  I've been thinking of switching to Freedom Mobile for 10 GB for $50.00, which makes me think something weird is going on. My phone is a Moto Z Play.  Appreciate any help you can give me.  Thanks.

The screen on your phone as in, in your settings on your phone?  If this is your data usage within settings, that is something you set yourself and is not related to your plan

Are you referring to your usage screen? That has to be set manually and on some phones it defaults at 5GB.
Whatever you see on self serve is what you have.
Do keep in mind that Freedom is only good if you are inside their "Home" network. If you are outside of it, its not of much use.

OK you need to do 2 things:

1- Make sure you DATA tracking is properly set : verify your Cycle dates (default 1st to end of the month).

2- Adjust your DATA limits: warning 50% and cutoff 100% (2GB Warning default and 5GB or NONE as default cap.)

Good luck
