I can't see my bill after I logged in because your website says "You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

Your email has probably been used with another account or there was a typo in the email you provided. You can check your junk folder. If you don't see anything there you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it reset and confirm your email.

I can't find any email from you in the spam folder. I haven't paid for several months because of this weird situation. So please send my bill to one of my email adresses.

@Sean: if you want to check your balance quickly, you could dial 611 and hit 1. The automated voice will tell you the balance.

You would have to contact Koodo directly to get the email problem solved. I would suggest you send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone.

Several months? How do you still have service? The onus is on you to find the bill. You can either contact Koodo as I said to get your account setup completed or do as Dinh said to find your balance to pay. Either way, you're responsible to do something about it.
