Both of you???
It's definitely a number porting issue then.
You will have to wait on hold and ask to speak to the porting department.
must have been something wrong in your account number or pin you gave the rep.

Have you turned off and restarted your phones since you stopped receiving calls?
If not, then try that.

It turns out they have increased calls related to this issue. Bell and cogeco landline networks are not able to make calls to cell phones properly right now and that's why you get a busy signal. Got my ticket number and they sent my info to koodo tech support to work out the issue with bell and cogeco which the support team was currently doing. After i hung up with koodo i tried calling from my bell landline to cell phone and it worked. Apparently this may happen from time to time it is a network thing of bell and cogeco has nothing to do with koodo. All we can do is call in and get our ticket number and let them work it out.
