I can't login to self serve.

I tried to register for self serve before I received an email stating: "You're now registered for Koodo Self Serve" Now when I try to login, I get the following error: "You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

You have created a second instance your login, and they conflict. You will need to contact Koodo to have it removed so you can set it up using the email you received. I suggest a Private Message to their Facebook page or a DM via twitter rather than waiting on the phone at *611. Links to social media are at the page bottom.

David's bang-on Lucas. It also appears that the original input of your email contained a typo, so you likely didn't receive the profile creation email. 
I've fixed this and now resent the profile email to the address you're using here. Please follow the instructions in that email to set up your Self Serve account.
