I can't log in to Self Serve because "You're still waiting to be approved..."

I just transferred my phone connection from Public Mobile to Koodo. Currently my Public Mobile SIM and my Koodo Sim do not work.

I tried signing up for Self Serve, but I get the following message:

"You're still waiting to be approved Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

I don't recall using two different email addresses when I signed up for Koodo. How do I solve the problem? Thanks.

Hi Jayant,

You would need to contact Koodo directly to ask them to reset the email. I would suggest you send a message to Koodo facebook to avoid the wait on phone.

Regarding your Koodo sim, try taking your sim out, putting it back in and rebooting your phone
