I can't log in because "You're still waiting to be approved Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

This usually means you tried using a different email from the one you have at registration or gave the wrong one or there's a typo if you haven't gotten the email and checked junk folders. If you can't get the right one then you'll have to send Koodo a private message via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it reset.

Jim, you gave us a Rogers email when you activated. That is where we sent the validation email too. It looks like, separately you started another registration with a gmail address. As per Goran you will have to send us a message so we can help you out.

Out of curiosity, was there a particular reason for why you wanted a different email address than the one you gave at time of activation? Did the store reps mentioned that you would get a validation email sent there for your online account?
