I created a self serve account but I can't get into it now.

Ahhhh.... then you have tried to set it up with two different email addresses. you'll need to contact Koodo directly to get it sorted.

Judith, not sure what email address you are trying to log in with, but it's different than the one you are using here. It belongs to James. Have you tried that one?

I don't know what this email address is at all.  Can we start over again and reregister me?  I only have judyronaghan@gmail.com.
