I can't find my account number

I can't find my account number, my order number is HF019460524, I tried to make an account and now I can't login to active it cuz I don't have the account number, please help!

hi Jacqueline,
When did you order it? You would need to wait for activation email from Koodo to create an account. If you initiated without the email, you would need to contact Koodo again to reset (when you receive the activation email in a couple of days)

If you are in a hurry, I would suggest you visit a Koodo kiosk or Koodo- affiliated stores (bestbuy, wowmobile,etc..) to do it.

I tried contacting Koodo to reset it, but no luck. I got transferred 3x and no solution.

They properly haven't processed your order yet. When did you order it? You would need to wait for the email.
They ended up sending me the account number but now I can't login to my self serve.
I'm coming from public mobile and wanted to Port my number, but it seems they've provided a new one?

Did you receive an activation email?
If you received and found that error, you need to contact Koodo again to ask for the reset.
They might want you to port your PM number into Koodo.

Exact same issue. I ordered my plan 7 days ago. I got my Simcard today, but I have never received an account number. I was given instructions with my Simcard to create a selfserve login which prompted me for an account number. Now I cant login to my Selfserve account because it says i'm waiting on another email address to verify my account? I only have one email associated with my selfserve....

Was your SIM active? if it wasn't then you would have to wait for Koodo activation email. Don't try to create an account before you receive an activation email from Koodo.

If your SIM was active and you saw the that message then you would have to contact Koodo directly to ask for a reset (call/send message to their facebook)
