I can't change my plan until next billing cycle and I need more data. How can I add data now?
If you are on a shock free plan you will receive a text message when you run out owing you the opportunity to purchase additional data. If you are not on a shock free plan, and cannot change your plan, you can either pay the data overage rate for your plan (sorry, too many variants to say exactly what that is for you), or contact koodo to switch your plan for you. They can do so for a $10 fee, although your minutes will be prorated, which may push you into overage in itself.
