What does it say when you try to log in? Have you registered and only now it's no working? You can upgrade your pla via self-serve. Can we hav more details please about you trying t log in?

Hmm this. Have you tried other devices, browsers, Internet connections ? Can you access self-serve via the app on your phone?

I have downloaded the app and tried that as well as different servers. same error

and koodo wants to charge me $10 to speak with a customer service agent to change my plan

Yes the charge is 10 dollars if you are able to do it yourself. Since you are not able to you should not get charged. If after what I said above doesn't help then you can very likely get the 10 dollar charge waived as you cannot access self-serve.

also the app says that "the account manager needs to approve my request for access" what does that even mean? why is it so hard to access these services when I am doing all the steps correctly?

Hi Rosalyn - I see that the email address was entered incorrectly on June 29 (which was the first attempt to setup the account). Your name was not spelled correctly. I do see that an Account Manager profile has now been setup using your gmail account, as of Nov. 7th. Were you able to log in since then or have you not been able to access self-serve at all? If your having issues, the account details for self-serve may need to be reset and in order to do so we'll have to validate your account. This can be done by sending us a private message on Facebook.

Rosalyn, we sent you an email and asked you to validate your account when you signed up with us on June 29th. It doesn't look like you have done that and that is the reason why you are unable to log in. I have resent an email to to the email address you registered then. Once it's done you will be able to change your plan online and avoid the $10 fee if you asks us to do it for you. Hoe this help with things!

was the email sent to rosalyndennett@gmail.com? Juine 29 is when I first signed up for the plan, so I'm guessing the error was made in the koodo store?

Hmmm....looks like there is a letter missing with email address we have. We'll share this with the store you activated in. They really should have set you up on self-serve while you were there. Can you pls send us a private message on Facebook and we'll fix things up for you?

It's not. In this case though, we do have to authenticate your account for security before we can fix it.

Hi,
I'm facing exactly the same problem. Self serve gives too many redirects, Android app gives "the account manager needs to approve my request for access".

I tried removing cookies, Incognito mode, various browsers and system but nothing has helped.

Can you please check?
