I can't access my online account

I can't access my online account as it says that I am still waiting for approbation...from who, or what I don't know. I am not able to modify the info, nor do anything, Hence I can't pay my first bill...

You likely have your email previously registered with another account or you got the registration email but never finished setting up. You can check your inbox / junk folder. If nothing you'll have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it reset and resent.

the registration email send me back to the "waiting for approbation" page. So it's a loop I can't seem to be able to overcome. I have tried to PM koodo via FB messenger yesterday, and no answers. Is there a specific page I should write to? there are three accounts appearing on messenger.
