Hello Kim.

What is the number you're trying to contact?

Does it give an error message as to why you'Ve failed?

No, it just shows "failed" and notification bar shows "the message was not sent".

Maybe it's because the bank is closed? If text function is working normally for you, then it should work for the 5 numbers as well.

Another reason it wouldn't work is because you are roaming?

Probably you are right, but this short number(722258) belongs to online banking. It wouldn't be restricted by bank opening time, I thought.

Oh, it's a short code number. Double check to ensure you have the correct one from the bank. You're not on prepaid are you? I think I recall an issue with those a while ago.

Yea,I am definitely not on prepaid one. I am pretty sure I got the right number, because I just replied them below the original message.

Hey Junhao! I took a look at RBC's website http://website.rbc.com/SMS/EN and it seems as Koodo is not listed as a compatible carrier
