I cannot seem to remove or manage add ons in the self serve app. Just keeps saying that it cannot be verified and processing at this time.

I cannot seem to remove or manage.y add ons in the self serve app. Just keeps saying that it cannot be verified and processing at this time?? Tried using my computer vs app and still won't allow me. It tells me to refresh my page and still nothing. I've tried dozens of times both app and Internet. I refuse to pay the crazy 10dollar fee to just call and clarity. Speaking to another person because of a glitch on the server and being charged for it...Not the best customer satisfaction.
I feel,at this point, it's a scam to force people to call and get charged either way. Not impressed.

They won't charge you if you have technical issue.
Call Koodo *611 from your phone.
I had a same issue and I did everything, and still I couldn't remove my add-on.
They don't charge you if you tell them what you have done and you couldn't do it by yourself.
They might be busy, but they have call back system. I received call from them within 30 min (last week).

@Mitchell which add-on are you having challenges with? I see you have the phone protection plan. If that is the one pls contact us via direct message on our Facebook page and we'll do it for you. The service fee is only applied to transactions people can do themselves. We've had this from the beginning to try to keep cost lower as there were way too many people calling for when is my bill due, how much is on my tab balance, I'd like to change my phone number etc. stuff that is very easy to do online.
