i cannot log on to pay the bill- none of my emails work - i only have 2. regina

Hi Regina, have you tried the 'forgot your password?' link at the self serve login page.When you say none of your emails work, do you mean they don't work for logging into self serve or they just don't work?Alternatively, you could pay at the bank, if you have a copy of your bill.
