I cannot log into self serve, it is saying I need permission from a different email account

I am unable to log in to my acocunt and PAY MY BILL because apparently I am linked to a different account.

This usually happens when you register with x email when signing up with Koodo but never finish the registration and then try gain with another email. If you cannot remember the email address you used or cannot find the registration email sent, you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get your self-server account reset so you can register properly.

Ok, I was doing prepaid before and switched services. However, I've only used the one email account

You're certain you didn't have to provide a different email for activation? Normally, you would receive an activation email where you would follow the steps to activate your Self Serve account. If there are other email addresses that you use, I'd suggest looking for that email there.

If not, please follow Goran's suggestion and contact Koodo privately via Facebook or Twitter so that an agent can look into your account.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I've messaged Koodo twice in last 2 weeks and no response other than they're busy but would answer me.

Since the only way to get it fixed is to contact Koodo, I suggest you try by another contact method than you have used previously.
