I cannot access the self service on the website. Can you send me invoices and bills on my email?

I cannot access the self service on the website.
we have been trying for the last 2 weeks
Can you send me invoices and bills on my email?
So at least I know whan I pay and how much

What is happening when you try to log onto self serve?

Did you register for self serve first?

Yes I have registered
have email and PW
and everytime I log onto https://www.koodomobile.com/ in the self serve area....
it gives me "error page"

Have you tried clearing the browser's cache and cache and cookie?

Have you tired the self serve app or the mobile website?

Yes. I have cleaned the cache . no changes

No I have not tried the mobile App yet

It says "Too many Redirects occurred  trying to open https/www.koodomobile.com/My-account/profilelink. This might occurr if you open a page the is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the origina page

Are you by any chance using a VPN or a smart DNS service? If you are, try disabling it and then try to access Self Serve.
