I cancelled the Koodo mobile service and am unable to change my address.

I cancelled the Koodo mobile. I am already out of the country and will be for 3 months.
Since I am not in Canada and already moved out from my old address, I want my sister to take care of my bills and cheques.
Therefore, I tried to change my old address to my sister's with self-serve but it didn't work.
I guess it's because I cancelled the Koodo service.
I want to keep my bills and cheques whether it's overpaid or underpaid.
I knew changing address with self-serve is for free, but Koodo charges if they do it for me.

What should I do?

Why exactly do you want your address changed? After paying your last bill you will have no more interaction with Koodo until/if you sign back up with them in which you can put in your new address. Your last bill can be payed by logging into self serve and your address doesn't need to be changed to do so.

I think I probably overpaid. I suppose they will issue me the cheque for that and send it to my old address which I probably won't get the cheque.

Got it. I would suggest sending a message on facebook to one of the Koodo reps to solve this issue for you. You can login to see if you overpaid by looking at your account balance.
