Could you tell us what you have tried and what it is saying?

Double check your email and password is correct. Clear your browser cache, try another browser, try private / incognito tab on your browser.

Have you ever signed in successfully or are you new to Koodo? If you're new, you have to follow the steps in your verification email in order to be able to log in.

You think that you are doing everything right but believe me even small think can stop you from signing in. Koodo is obsessed with our security (which is good) so double check again if you did everything really right. Otherwise follow Goran and Ivan's questions and advices.
