Hello everyone,

I can not pay my bill becuase when a try to pay this is the messeger.

 "Wait a minute, your credit card info doesn't match the billing address on file. Please try a different payment method or contact us. "

I need help please.

Is it the first time it does this? Did you try paying with a card that actually matcher the adress on file?

In addition to Robert's comment, all the name & address information needs be the same on your account & credit card, else Koodo's anti-fraud measures will prevent the transition occurring.

Banks have been updating address information to match Canada Post's new address information. It is possible that this update has changed the way your address reads, and no longer matches what Koodo has.
