I called a week ago to have my phone temporarily disconnected why is it still on I cant afford the past due bill nevermind a new one

When did you set the date? Immediately or end billing cycle or some other date ?

Hi Lorri,

I would contact Koodo either via telephone or by Facebook. They will be able to look into it and see if/when the account termination will occur.

I'm guessing you suspended it as if the phone was lost or stolen, in this case your still responsible for the bill each month it just means a 3rd party can't use your phone. You can't temporarily suspend service to not pay your bill you'll have to cancel your account and when you can afford it again open a new account.

I suggest going on a prepaid account, it may help you if funds are sporadic I know it's helped me in the past so something to perhaps look into.
