I called a month ago to say that $28.25 was charged to my acct twice on the same day in April. I have not heard if this has been rectified.

I called a month ago to say that $28.25 was charged to my account trice on the same day in April. I have not heard as to whether this has been credited to my visa as of yet. I am finding this process very frustrating and taking a long time to rectify a small problem. Please advise asap.

Hi Sharon,

I am not sure what happened. However, if you want Koodo look into your account you would need to contact them directly. People in the forum don't have access to your account. You could send a message to their facebook to avoid the wait on phone.
Also, if something was done, then it should appear in your selfserve. Have you checked your selfserve yet? What did it say there?

I did contact them directly and they said they were looking into it and that was a month ago. Very frustrating process.

Did you follow up?

Also, if you were charged twice, you may see the credit on your next bill.

I contacted them by phone and they said they had not looked into it yet. I guess I will have to call again. No credit given on my visa .

They don't usually credit back to your visa. As Dennis said, they will credit back onto your next bill if they charged you extra.
When is your billing date?
Login to self serve and check your bill. You might see adjusted amount there.

I am a prepaid customer.  Koodo has been taking $28.25 out of my account every month and is should have been $16.95 also.This month my Visa was charged $16.95.

Oh, then check your transaction history through self serve.
And if you have enough amount on your account, you can remove auto top up for now.
You can add your credit card when you needed again.

Also, & 28.15 is the price oh $25base plan plus tax.
Did you change your base plan before its expire?
If so, your new plan take over from that day for 30 days.
Say, if you have a $25 plan for 5days and switch to $15plan. You don't have remain of 25days of $25 plan. It's gone and $15plan take over right away and start 30days from that day.
