I called a month ago to say that $28.25 was charged to my account trice on the same day in April. I have not heard as to whether this has been credited to my visa as of yet. I am finding this process very frustrating and taking a long time to rectify a small problem. Please advise asap.
I am not sure what happened. However, if you want Koodo look into your account you would need to contact them directly. People in the forum don't have access to your account. You could send a message to their facebook to avoid the wait on phone. Also, if something was done, then it should appear in your selfserve. Have you checked your selfserve yet? What did it say there?
