I billed for a twice

May -June payment paid at the shop, now for June -July invoice I got billed for twice, I am pre-authorised payment, so how to fix this matter to prevent a charge for a twice of period May-June, please.. so classically I billed a twice for last month.

Hello Ali,

May to June or May AND June were paid? When did you pay? Maybe the payment didn't reflect because you paid late? If you don't look at your bill but the amount due, how much is it written on self servie?

Hi Robert, 

Thanks for a quick reply. I will more clarify, 1st pay at the shop for the period MAY 12-JUNE12 which it appears now on the bank statement (paid by a credit card), a bit time ago I got e-bill which I attached to this conversation.

Hi Ali - your bill was issued before receiving your payment. If you log into your self serve account it'll show the up-to-date current balance owing - which is more in-line with your usual monthly amount.

I think that but I am pretty sure the payment was paid on Jun 07, 2017 as it appears in the online banking and Koodo billing date as I received now. 
please advise.

We've only received one payment so far, which was on June 7, as you noted. However, you've been charged for 3 months of service to-date (keep in mind that we always charge for the upcoming month in advance). You activated your account in early May, and your first bill was issued a few days later. The payment made in June covered your first bill from May, but your June and July bills are still outstanding. You can review all details if you log into your Self Serve account and view your billing history here.
